Campbell Fittings, part of the Ideal Tridon Group, is seeking a CNC Operator for the 3rd shift in Boyertown, PA. You will operate CNC lathes to turn, bore, thread, and finish parts and read blueprints.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing and CNC experience, ability to set tool offsets, and good communication skills. We offer comprehensive benefits and a safe, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of CNC machine operator experience.

Responsabilités

• Operate CNC lathes to perform turning, boring, threading, and finishing on steel, brass, aluminum, and stainless parts.
• Read blueprints and verify dimensions using dial calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Use computer controls and basic math to adjust tool offsets as needed.
• Load bar feeders, remove work, and move parts to storage.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report issues to supervision.
• Follow PPE requirements and safety procedures.
