The Glenridge on Palmer Ranch is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver routine daily nursing care and high-quality service to residents under supervision. This full-time, non-exempt position operates on the 11 pm–7 am night shift with a $3.00 shift differential on top of the base pay.

Location is Sarasota, FL. Benefits include PTO, holiday pay, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, safety stipend, and annual bonus opportunities, with advancement

Qualificações

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certificate in Florida is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of CNA experience in skilled nursing, acute care or assisted living preferred.
• Skills in computer software related to the job expected.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to work with older adults and memory-impaired individuals.
• Empathy and compassion for diverse senior population.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to Members under supervision and per care plan.
• Assist admission, room setup, and acclimation of Members.
• Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations and safety.
• Communicate shifts and report incidents and changes in care.
• Assist with hygiene, meals, and daily activities.
• Record usage of medical equipment for billing purposes.
• Assist with transfers and mobility as instructed.
• Observe and report skin integrity, vital signs and other changes.
