Qualifications

• CNA certification required or in good standing if currently registered.
• Experience delivering direct resident care and assisting with daily living activities.
• Reliable, compassionate, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission, transfer and discharge as directed by Charge Nurse.
• Assists residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provides direct patient care as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Documents resident care accurately and timely.
• Communicates changes in resident condition to Charge Nurse and leadership.
