Zusammenfassung

The Glenridge on Palmer Ranch is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and quality service to Members under supervision in a skilled nursing/assisted living setting.

You will assist with hygiene, meals, vital signs, and daily activities; you’ll help with transfers and mobility, document care, and communicate with the nursing team to ensure high-quality Member care. This role offers a night differential and strong benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of proven CNA experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work with older adults and memory-impaired individuals.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct care under the supervision of the Charge Nurse according to care plans and policies.
• Assist in admissions, rooming, and acclimation of Members to their rooms and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations and safety standards.
• Participate in emergency preparedness and incident reporting.
