Job summary

The Glenridge on Palmer Ranch in Sarasota, FL, is seeking compassionate CNAs for flexible micro-shifts. Base pay starts at $21 per hour with opportunities to work extra hours and weekends. Each micro-shift includes a meal voucher and a supportive team environment focused on quality resident care.

PRN staff are welcomed and will be eligible for holiday pay and a biannual appreciation bonus. All applicants must pass pre-employment physicals, drug screens, and Level II background checks.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or credential may be required; applicant readiness to be trained for this PRN micro-shift role.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and Level II background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents.
• Support residents and team members during key parts of the day.
• Respond to resident needs and assist with daily activities as assigned.

We are now offeringCNA micro-shiftsfor team members looking for flexible scheduling and extra hours without committing to a full shift.

Shift Differentials:

• Shifts between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday:Additional$1/hour
• Shifts between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM:Additional$2/hour
• Shifts between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM:Additional$3/hour
