The Glenridge on Palmer Ranch in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the evening shift (3 pm – 11 pm). This non-exempt FT role includes oversight of CNAs, patient care, and coordination with physicians to ensure quality Member care and safety in a long-term care setting.

You will handle medications, documentation, and supervision while maintaining high standards of privacy and compassionate care for elderly residents.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an approved nursing program and hold an active RN license in Florida.
• Two years of RN experience in skilled nursing, acute care, or assisted living preferred.
• Ability to supervise and coach CNAs and other nursing staff.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care according to care plans and policies.
• Oversee day-to-day nursing activities and supervise CNAs.
• Maintain accurate documentation in medical records and ensure privacy.
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and other healthcare staff.
• Administer medications and observe the 5 rights of medication administration.
• Assist with onboarding new staff and ongoing training.
