Oak Creek Rehabilitation Center in Kimberly, ID is hiring CNAs for the night shift from 6 PM to 6 AM. Join a supportive team and provide daily living assistance to residents in a 24/7 skilled nursing setting.

We offer tuition reimbursement up to $500/month toward a nursing program, certification paid if not yet certified, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) match, health/dental/life/vision insurance, PTO, and a sign-on bonus.

Formación

• Current CNA certification or willingness to obtain within 120 days.
• Effective communication with coworkers and residents.
• Willingness to learn local, state, and federal long-term care regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs.
• Turn and reposition residents in bed.
• Provide physical support for daily living activities (bathing, dressing, eating).
• Review dietary restrictions and preferences for appropriate meals.
• Record intake and output as required.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
