Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Help with meals and hydration.
• Record vital signs as directed by nursing staff.
• Observe changes and report to nurse promptly.
• Respond to call lights and requests for assistance promptly.
• Maintain clean, safe patient and resident environments.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
