Qualifications

• Current registration with NC Division of Facility Services.

• Able to work variable shifts and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in admission to the unit and orient patients to routines and equipment.
• Respond to patient needs with direct assistance or report to appropriate staff.
• Support nursing care by carrying out delegated patient care tasks.
• Maintain patient safety through proper use of equipment and supplies.
• Access medication/supply room to retrieve items for patient care.
• Maintain a well-stocked, clean patient environment and participate in improvement activities.
