Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Admissions, discharge and transfer responsibilities.
• Ensure room setup for new admissions and orient patients and families.
• Manage supplies and equipment per Infection Control Policy.
• Document daily patient care and communicate changes to licensed nurse.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and compliance with policies.
• Support department operations and coordinate transfers.
