The position is covered by a SEIU-UHW CBA; union membership within 31 days of hire is expected for ongoing terms. Evening shifts include weekend coverage on a rotating basis.

Qualifikationen

• AHA BLS Healthcare certification is required.
• HS Diploma or equivalent; CNA course experience is a plus.
• 1 year recent geriatric or acute care hospital experience.
• 1 year experience as unit clerk/secretary.

Aufgaben

• Collaborates with the interprofessional team to deliver quality patient care under a licensed nurse.
• Provides unit coordination and manages medical records and transcription.
• Assists in staffing/resource management and uses the paging system to communicate with staff.
