Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Required CNA certification with the state or in process of obtaining it.
• Maintains continuing education as required and annual competency testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility using proper techniques.
• Document resident interactions, vital signs, and care outcomes.
• Follow infection prevention and PPE policies and participate in well-being activities.
