Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current & valid CNA license in the State of California is required.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred, with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality resident care following federal, state, and facility policies.
• Document nursing duties and monitor patient care plans.
• Report to the Director of Staff Development and Director of Nursing.
• Lead by positive example and support team members.
• Assist with emergency and crisis situations as needed.
