Job summary

Novant Health in Hilton Head Island, SC is seeking a CNA I for the Progressive Care Unit on a part-time night shift (7:00 pm–7:00 am). Provides and documents assistance with activities of daily living and maintains a safe, clean environment under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED; NAI program completion; NA I registry; Medication Safety - AME; and facility-specific expectations for restrictive interventions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living settings preferred.
• NA I nurse aide registry listed; NAI program completion; Medication Safety AME.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document assistance with activities of daily living and maintain a safe, clean environment under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Support the RN in care delivery and monitoring of patients; document care provided.
• Maintain organizational standards and assist with patient safety and environment in the unit.
