Job summary

Pinnacle Living in Roanoke, Virginia seeks a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant for night shifts (7:00pm–7:00am) on a rotating schedule. You will assist residents with daily living activities, mobility, dining, and life enrichment per care plans.

Requirements: CNA program graduate, Virginia CNA credential, CPR/AED certification, and 2 years' experience preferred. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and teamwork with nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved Nursing Assistant Program.
• Credentialed as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Virginia.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with activities of daily living (hygiene, grooming, dressing, nourishment, fluids).
• Assist residents with dining and eating when needed.
• Support life enrichment activities per individualized service plan.
• Observe residents and report changes to nurse in charge for care plan revisions.
• Assist residents in bed, with mobility, and bathroom needs as required.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and report hazards to nurse in charge.
