Job summary
El Dorado Care and Rehab in El Dorado, KS is looking to hire full-time, night shift Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. This rehabilitation nursing position offers a salary up to $17.60 per hour and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, FSA, 401(k), PTO, life insurance, CEU reimbursement, and daily pay options.
As a CNA, you provide total resident care, assist with ADLs, document vitals, observe changes, and maintain HIPAA compliance within our
Qualifications
- Completed a state approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
- Current Kansas certification/registration to practice.
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Desire to work with the elderly
Responsibilities
- Provide total care for residents, assisting with ADLs.
- Maintain resident plans of care and CNA assignments.
- Record vital signs and monitor weight.
- Observe changes in condition and report to the team.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
- Deliver friendly, patient-centered care.
