Qualifications

• Completed a state approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Current Kansas certification/registration to practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents including ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, mobility).
• Record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, weight) and monitor changes.
• Communicate changes in condition to the team and document accordingly.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold facility policies and procedures.
