Bay 9 Holdings LLC dba Edgemere in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for overnight shifts. You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, take vital signs, document information, and assist with activities of daily living.

The role offers $17 per hour, full-time status, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, PTO, holidays, 401K and stock options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• First Aid and CPR Certification required.
• Certified nursing aide licensure required by state regulations.
• Food Handler certification within 60 days of hire per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plan directives and provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Record vital signs, ADLs, intake/output, and chart accurately in the software.
• Assist residents with daily living activities: feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, and mobility.
• Report changes to nurses and coordinate with the nursing team for accurate vitals and documentation.
• Maintain infection control standards and a clean, safe environment.
• Respond to call lights promptly and conduct rounds to assess resident needs.
• Comply with laws, regulations and company policies; maintain attendance and professionalism.
