Job summary

Recover-Care Heartland in Kansas is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care to residents. You will support daily living activities and work with a caregiving team to maintain high-quality care.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, preparing residents for therapies, following infection control, and documenting care. We offer a supportive environment with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Compassionate, caring demeanor with residents.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• All shifts may require flexibility and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Enhance residents' quality of life and well-being.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, and hygiene.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights.
• Prepare residents for therapy sessions, activities and appointments.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Document and chart care provided for each resident.
• Protect residents' rights and adhere to policies and standards.
• Work closely with nursing staff including Charge Nurse and RN Supervisor.
