Job summary

Bell Minor Home is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the night shift to provide direct resident care under licensed supervision. You will support daily living activities, monitor residents, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

The role requires a state-approved CNA certification, CPR certification, and a high school diploma or GED. Applicants should be reliable, able to work nights, and adhere to attendance and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification from the state.
• CPR Certification maintained.
• High School Graduate or GED.
• Must adhere to Attendance Policy.
• Maintain housekeeping standards within assigned duty areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care, etc.) for residents daily and as needed.
• Change bed linen and maintain supplies in resident room on a regular basis.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices and body mechanics.
• Record resident vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, and food consumption.
• Routinely turn and position residents as necessary.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to Charge Nurse.
