Job summary

Bell Minor Home is hiring a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for night shifts. You will provide direct resident care under supervision, including grooming, bathing, feeding and monitoring, while maintaining a warm environment for residents.

Responsibilities include vital signs, transfers, record-keeping, and reporting changes to the Charge Nurse. A state CNA certification and CPR are required; high school diploma or GED is needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold active state CNA certification.
• CPR certification must be maintained.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Adherence to attendance policy required.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care for residents daily.
• Change bed linen and maintain room supplies.
• Ambulate and transfer residents with assistive devices.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Report changes in condition to Charge Nurse.
• Assist during evacuations and emergencies when needed.
