Job summary

Richland-Post-Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with assessment and care plans. You will identify residents, record information clearly, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.

The role requires handling daily tasks such as helping residents with personal care, assisting with mobility, and maintaining a calm, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to apply basic numerical concepts.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services according to care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments or meals; use authorized abbreviations.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Maintain resident comfort and safety; greet and assist residents to rooms.
