Job summary

Sun City Post Acute is hiring a Full-Time Nightshift CNA to provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with each resident's assessment and care plan, under supervision.

The role requires using correct identifiers, recording accurately, reporting changes promptly, and assisting residents with daily functions, room readiness, and post-meal care. You will follow facility policies, participate in shift handovers, and maintain a safe, respectful environment during night hours.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license in accordance with state laws.
• Minimum educational level as stated (10th grade) and CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before procedures; record information accurately; report changes to supervisors.
• Assist residents with daily functions and prepare rooms for receiving residents.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and ensure safety and infection-control practices.
• Transport and assist residents as needed; participate in nursing reports and shift handovers.
• Follow policies regarding exposure to blood and body fluids; document care activities.
