Job summary

PACS in Sun City, AZ seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents according to care plans. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, monitor conditions, and support the nursing team.

Responsibilities include accurate reporting, maintaining resident dignity, cleanliness, and safety, and adhering to privacy policies. Must have CNA license and basic education; CPR preferred; reliable and compassionate team player.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state.
• Minimum 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports and document care accurately.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before care and treatments using wristband or photo ID.
• Document in flow sheets and charts accurately and promptly.
• Report changes in resident condition to nurse supervisor.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care.
• Maintain privacy and protect resident health information.
• Ensure rooms are prepared and residents are comfortable.
• Provide safe transport and assist with transfers as needed.
• Participate in nursing reports and uphold policies on blood/body fluids.
