Job summary

Health First in Palm Bay is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Full-Time Nights position at Palm Bay Hospital. The CNA delivers direct patient care under RN supervision, coordinates with the care team, and supports a safe, clean environment.

Requirements include Florida CNA training and licensure timelines, AHA BLS, English proficiency, and familiarity with EMR systems. Prior healthcare experience is a plus; strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

Graduate of Certified Nursing Assistant Course and scheduled to take the Florida State exam.
No work experience required.
CNA licensure in Florida within 120 days of start date, or active licensure in another state with Florida licensure pursued within 120 days.
AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification required prior to start date.
Licensure in lieu of education: CNA licensure in the State of Florida.
Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
Must be able to read, understand and respond to English instructions.
