Job summary

Horizons Care Center in Colorado is actively seeking a compassionate CNA to deliver routine nursing care to residents, following state and facility procedures. You’ll contribute to a patient-centered environment and uphold care standards with a team of dedicated staff.

Full-time days and nights are available (72 hours per pay period, 3 shifts weekly). Shifts run 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am; every other weekend required. CO CNA certification required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in CO.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents per facility procedures.
• Assist with personal care, vital signs, and documentation of ADLs.
• Serve meals, assist with eating, and monitor intake.
• Support restorative nursing activities and mobility with appropriate devices.
