Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant/Geriatric Nursing Assistant for night shift care. Under RN supervision, you will provide routine nursing care and assist residents with activities of daily living, documenting care in Care Tracker and following care plans.

You will work in a fast-paced, resident-centered environment, supporting admissions, transfers, and discharges while upholding Trinity Health's mission and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA certification in Indiana.
• Minimum of one year experience in healthcare preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, patient-centered environment with strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident assessment and care plan.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (dining, bathing, dressing, hygiene).
• Assist with lifting, turning, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures and ROM exercises.
• Record data and input information in Care Tracker; participate in care documentation.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and follow safety procedures and PPE guidelines.
• Support admission, transfer, and discharge processes for residents.
