Eastview Healthcare & Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for night shifts in a small skilled nursing home. The role focuses on patient care, accurate documentation, and teamwork with nurses and staff. Shifts run 6 pm–6 am or 10 pm–6 am.

Ideal candidates show a strong commitment to patient wellbeing, clear communication, and ability to collaborate across care teams. CNA duties include daily living support, vital sign checks, and safe mobility assistance.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dedicated CNA with patient‑centered approach.
• Excellent communication with patients, families and staff.
• Able to work collaboratively with nursing and other healthcare professionals.
• Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus; memory care experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding) to promote independence.
• Monitor and record vital signs to support accurate documentation.
• Support with medical documentation and maintain records per infection control protocols.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers to beds or wheelchairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection control standards.
