Valley View Retirement Community in Belleville, PA is seeking caring and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide hands-on support that enhances residents' comfort, dignity, and independence under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

This full-time role offers 10:00PM–6:00AM shifts alternating weekends and holidays, with competitive wages at $21.17 per hour, and up to $4 per hour in shift differentials; benefits begin at the start of the month, with tuition assistance and

Qualifications

• Minimum 8th grade education or GED.
• Completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program (NNAAP) or current enrollment considered.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, eating, walking, repositioning).
• Support independence, choice, and dignity.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment; stock supplies; report equipment concerns.
• Document care and observations in flow sheets, notes, and electronic systems.
• Interact with residents, families, coworkers, and visitors with respect and professionalism.
• Follow state/federal regulations, facility policies, and infection control procedures.
• Perform related duties as assigned by licensed nursing staff.

Education
