Job summary

Spring View Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our clinical team. This full-time role covers weekday nights in a supportive long-term care environment.

You will assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, ambulation, monitor vital signs, and report changes to nurses. Active CNA certification required; one year of LTC experience preferred. Benefits include DailyPay and PTO.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a CNA in a long-term care setting is highly preferred.
• Must possess and maintain an active certification as a CNA.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Take and record patient vital signs, lifting, moving, and transporting residents, using proper body mechanics.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to nurse management, asking appropriate questions to clarify situations.
• Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
• Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.
