Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with current Texas license or certification.
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a CNA or clinical CNA exposure.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Patient-centered with strong communication and empathy.
• Able to work night shift and handle residents calmly.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing tasks and follow facility procedures.
• Make resident rounds at start of shift and every two hours to administer care.
• Verify resident identification before care.
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned and within reach.
• Support Charge Nurse and other staff as needed.
