Job summary

Apploi is assisting McGregor Wellness and Rehab in McGregor, TX to hire a dedicated CNA for a full-time evening shift (2PM-10PM). The CNA will provide compassionate resident care, perform rounds, verify patient identity, and support nursing staff in daily duties in a facility dedicated to quality elder care.

Applicants must be a licensed CNA with at least 6 months of experience, strong English communication, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a CNA or clinical experience during a CNA program.
• Desire to serve the ill, aged and infirm.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and periodically to deliver care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean and within resident reach.
• Assist Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses or Administrator as needed.
