McGregor Wellness and Rehab in McGregor, TX is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our full‑time team on the 2PM–10PM shift. You must hold an active CNA license, have at least 6 months of CNA experience or clinical training, and be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as assigned per facility policies and procedures.
• Make resident rounds at start of shift and every two hours to provide care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals.
• Maintain clean water pitchers within resident reach.
• Support the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses, or Administrator with other duties.
