Sunnyslope Nursing Home is seeking a compassionate STNA to join our night shift team in Ohio. The role focuses on delivering quality resident care, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a safe, clean environment that supports residents’ comfort and dignity.

Candidates should have a CNA license or be eligible to sit for the CNA exam, along with a high school diploma/GED and prior long-term care experience. Strong communication skills are essential for success on our dedicated team.

Qualifications

• CNA license or eligibility to sit for CNA exam.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in long-term care and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height, weight, intake and output.
• Care for the resident's environment.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with eating and hydration.
• Observe skin condition and report changes to licensed nurse; provide skin care as needed.
• Meet residents' mental health and social service needs.
