Job summary

Senior Lifestyle seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for 6a-2p AM shift at Lincolnwood Place. This part‑time role may become PRN based on needs. You will care for residents under RN/LPN supervision, take vital signs, assist with ADLs, document observations, and support the care plan with compassion and respect.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1+ years of clinical/nursing experience preferred.
• CNA licensure required per state regulations.
• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and activities of daily living.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents.
• Provide skin care and support plan of care.
• Inform supervisor of resident issues or concerns.
• Respect resident rights and promote independence.
