Job summary

The Retreat Nursing Home in Monticello, GA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for a full-time night shift (11p–7a). This 55-bed skilled nursing facility values dignity, kindness, and resident-centered care, and offers a supportive team environment.

As a CNA you will assist residents with activities of daily living, observe changes in condition, document care, respond to call lights, and help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful setting for residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized resident care
• Observe residents and promptly communicate changes in condition to the nursing staff
• Assist with repositioning, transfers, ambulation, and other mobility needs
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
• Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe resident environment
• Accurately document care and services provided
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and resident-rights practices
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
