Job summary

Jasper Memorial Hospital seeks a Retreat Certified Nurse Aide for the full-time evening shift (3p-11p) in Monticello, GA. The CNA will support residents with activities of daily living, assist with meals, mobility, and personal care, while documenting care and reporting changes to the charge nurse.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, state CNA certification, and at least one year of CNA/PCT experience. Fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; must be state certified and on the state registry.
• At least one year CNA/PCT experience preferred.
• Fluent English with good reading/writing and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review daily living sheets at shift start to ensure care plans are followed.
• Document changes on ADL sheets and notify the nurse of any concerns.
• Document in dietary logs, bath logs, and vital signs as required.
• Assist with admissions, belongings, and calling for assistance via call lights.
• Assist with meals, tray setup, feeding, and proper disposal of dishes.
• Provide range of motion, mobility assistance, transfers, and toileting.
• Maintain clean, neat appearance and follow infection control practices.
