Job summary

Quitman Wellness and Rehabilitation Center seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 6PM-6AM shift. We emphasize compassionate, resident-centered care and a culture built on trust and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Must be Licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a CNA or clinical experience during certification program.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties as assigned and in accordance with facility policies and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to administer quality nursing care.
• Verify resident identification before care or meals to ensure correct resident.
• Report missing ID bands to admission coordinator immediately.
• Make beds and clean bedside and overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned and filled with fresh drinking water within resident reach.
• Other related duties as directed by Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses, or Administrator.
