Job summary

Community Eldercare Services (CES) is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team on the night shift from 10pm to 6am. This full-time role focuses on direct resident care, daily living activities, and compassionate interaction to support our residents' well-being.

You will monitor residents, take vital signs, assist with transfers, document care, and help coordinate admissions and discharges in the Transitional Care Unit.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant license in good standing.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and handle flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular direct care rounds on assigned unit to monitor activity and assist with activities of daily living.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and patients.
• Notify Charge Nurse of any resident or patient change in condition and document care.
• Obtain vital signs, weights, and heights as instructed by charge nurse.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges in the Transitional Care Unit.
