The Retreat Nursing Home, part of Jasper Health Services, Inc., is seeking compassionate Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our 55-bed skilled unit. This full-time night shift (11 PM–7 AM) role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, documenting care, and upholding dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA).
• Demonstrates dependability and strong work ethic.
• Provides compassionate, professional resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meals).
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized resident care.
• Observe residents and promptly communicate changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with repositioning, transfers, ambulation and other mobility needs.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights.
• Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe resident environment.
• Accurately document care and services provided.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and resident-rights practices.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
