Job summary

AUTUMNWIND is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver routine daily nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with their care plans. You will verify resident identity before procedures, record entries accurately, and report any changes to the Nurse Supervisor.

Responsibilities include maintaining a warm, supportive environment, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring documentation and safety policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Must possess CNA license in state of Idaho.
• Ability to read, analyze, and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per care plan.
• Identify residents using wristband or photo ID before procedures.
• Document entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor.
