Job summary

AUTUMNWIND Caldwell, ID seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and supervision.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a CNA license in the state.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before procedures using wristband or photo file.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and meals.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
• Prepare resident rooms and ensure necessary admission materials are available.
