FullShift Staffing is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide routine care under supervision to ensure high-quality resident care. You will work with the Charge Nurse and RN supervisors to uphold policies and safety.

Responsibilities include resident rounds every two hours, ID verification before care or meals, bed making, and maintaining clean water access. The role requires compassion, good health, and teamwork in a dynamic facility environment.

Qualificações

• Must have a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license.
• Minimum 6 months of CNA experience or clinical CNA exposure while in training.
• Genuine desire to care for ill, aged, and fragile residents.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, and staff.
• Willingness to collaborate with teammates and adapt to shifting needs.
• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and emotional resilience.
• Ability to handle residents across various maturity and health levels.

Responsabilidades

• Perform duties per facility policies, nursing care procedures, and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to provide care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals to ensure correct recipient.
• Report missing ID bands to admissions coordinator immediately.
• Make beds and keep bedside/overbed areas clean and organized.
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned, filled, and within resident reach.
• Other duties as assigned by Charge Nurse, Supervisors, Directors or Administrator.
