Suite Living Senior Care in Rosemount, MN is seeking caring caregivers for Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will provide personalized care to residents, support daily activities, and help create a warm, person-centered environment.

We value empathy, reliability, and clear communication as you assist with daily living tasks, mobility, and medication support in a 32-unit community with dedicated memory care. Join a team that treats residents like family.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience ( Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred ).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
• NOC Shift 10PM-6AM.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
