Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Anoka, MN seeks compassionate caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to support seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You’ll provide personalized care, assist daily activities, monitor residents, and participate in engaging activities to brighten each day.

We welcome both experienced and newly certified caregivers. Training is provided; the role includes day-to-day support, mobility help, and a focus on empathy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
• PM Shift (2PM-10PM) Part-Time Availability.
• All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility
• Help with medication administration (training provided)
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
