Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of Nurse Aide experience or equivalent accepted.
• Current, valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
• BLS certification required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Helps licensed nurses with patient care activities including ADLs and hygiene.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment.
• Observes and reports changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
• Documents activities and ensures patient dignity and comfort.
