Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed nursing personnel in activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow basic infection control procedures.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (state-specific)

BLS certification within 6 months of hire (Vibra-approved)
