Gateway Rehab in Florence, KY is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time night shifts. The role features 12-hour shifts and new 2026 rates plus a $3,500 bonus opportunity.

You will assist patients with daily living activities and help maintain a safe, clean environment in a fast-paced setting. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, active CNA certification in the state, BLS certification within six months, and at least 2 years of CNA experience or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of Nurse Aide experience or related experience considered in lieu of education.
• Current, valid CNA certification in the state of employment required.
• BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to licensed nursing personnel in activities of daily living and documents care.
• Maintains infection control, nutrition and fluid intake monitoring and a safe environment.
• Recognizes emergencies and responds appropriately.
