Job summary

Fair Oaks Health and Rehabilitation in Kentucky is seeking compassionate CNAs for full-time night shifts. You will assist residents with daily care, monitor vitals, and support a caring team in a supportive facility.

Qualifications

• One year of CNA experience in a Long Term Care setting is highly preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a current state CNA certification.
• Knowledge of MatrixCare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Take and record resident vital signs, lift, move and transport residents, using proper body mechanics.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse.
• Communicate and interact effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
• Demonstrate the ability to assist the nurse with various duties as directed.
