Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CNA Certification.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with nightly routines, including hygiene, toileting, and bedtime preparation.
• Provide support with mobility, including repositioning and transfers throughout the night.
• Monitor residents and promptly respond to call lights and urgent needs.
• Ensure resident comfort and safety during overnight hours.
• Observe and report any changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Accurately document care and overnight observations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and quiet environment.
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with nurses and team members to ensure continuity of care.
